MODIFICATION TO THE RESERVATION POLICY, APPLICABLE TO NEW 2020 SUMMER RESERVATIONS.

With the summer season approaching and increasing demand for new bookings for the coming weeks, the Agence de location des iles is making a modification to its booking policy for trips not booked between June 4 and September 30 2020, effective June 3, 2020.
To meet demand on the archipelago, the number of cars available here being limited, we will have to import additional vehicles in order to honor the actual reservations and accommodate the new needs of the tourist customers The Agence de location des iles is therefore ready to increase its fleet of vehicles available for only a few months to meet customer demand, several dates already sold out with the actual fleets. However, to do so, we must make sure that the people to whom we allow new reservations are sure to travel (purchased plane ticket, accommodation booked and guaranteed, not only by a deposit but by the host). To make a new booking, it will know be conditional to a deposit up to 30% of the total amount of the reservation. This will be taken at the time of booking and non-refundable at any time. The balance owing will be paid upon delivery of the vehicle.
If you have a previous reservation made in the last weeks or months, one of our representative will contact you in the coming days to ensure the validity of your reservation and the maintenance of your intention to travel.
